Summary: The role is a 12-month placement in the Human Resources team at Immunocore, located in Oxford, UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Active member of Immunocore HR team, being the first point of contact for employee and manager queries (askHR)
- Responsible for absence reporting, systems and payroll updates and providing admin support to the team
- Responsible for supporting the HRBPs with annual Performance and Development processes, succession planning and development planning
- Supporting recruitment processes and interviews, including the recruitment of placement students for the 2027 intake
- Updating weekly and monthly reports and dashboards as required (using our Human Resources Information System)
- Supporting the L&D team with onboarding and training activities
- Ability and willingness to take on additional projects to support the team that would support process, data and other efficiencies

Purpose of the role
We have an opportunity in our Human Resources (HR) team for a 12-month placement (Year in industry). We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals who would relish the chance to learn from Immunocore’s cutting edge science and corporate growth. The Human Resources placement student will work in up to 4 teams with related projects in HR information systems, Reward, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development as well as spending time in HR Operations with full exposure to the employee lifecycle.
