Summary: The ServiceNow Technical Consultant will support the end-to-end delivery of a ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) migration within a Public Sector environment. This hybrid role involves hands-on work in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to sustainment, requiring enhanced security clearance. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business requirements and optimize system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions aligned to business requirements
- Support full lifecycle delivery including build, testing, deployment, and transition to support
- Develop and maintain scripts, integrations, and platform configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; optimize system performance
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Support knowledge transfer and transition to sustainment/support teams
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform (configuration, scripting, integrations)
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in mid-to-large enterprise environments
- ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS or additional certifications considered an asset
- Experience working within Public Sector or regulated Canadian environments preferred
- Strong understanding of data privacy, residency, and compliance requirements in Canada
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
