Summary: The role of Scrum Master requires a candidate with a technical background in .Net and experience in the Payments industry. This position involves leading geographically dispersed teams and transitioning them from Kanban to Scrum methodologies. The contract is for six months with a potential three-month break clause, and the role is primarily hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in the Surrey office. Our client are a global FinTech in the Fuel Card payments space. Their market leading products are having a bit of a face lift and we need you to help move things along. A technical background in .Net is essential, as well as Payments experience. You'll need experience as a Scrum Master, as you'll be aligning geographically dispersed teams away from Kanban so that everyone's on the same page. This is not a role for a seasoned PM, we're looking for someone who's recently moved into this sort of role, having progressed from being a Developer, to a Team Lead / Scrum Master and for the last 2 years you've been cutting your teeth as a PM. It's 2 - 3 days per week in their Surrey office and the rest from home. This is a great opportunity to jump straight into a global project, working alongside an impressive Program Director (who I know personally, and is fantastic operator, and a great guy).
