Test Manager

For one of our international clients active within the retail sector, we are currently looking for a Senior Test Manager focusing on quality assurance and testing strategy.

As the Senior Test Manager, you will support the team in assessing testing artifacts, identifying gaps, and providing actionable recommendations to ensure completeness and coverage. You will also guide QA engineers and key users, ensuring adherence to best practices and standardized processes.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Create and implement detailed test strategies and plans
• Review and assess test artifacts, execution processes, and results
• Provide observations and recommendations to improve QA processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure E2E and UAT completion
• Mentor QA engineers and key users, identifying training needs
• Oversee design of regression and integration test suites
• Ensure compliance with QA policies, methodologies, and documentation standards

Profile:

• Background as a Senior Test Manager or similar role
• 12+ years of experience in testing processes within complex technology environments
• Strong experience in manual testing of custom-developed applications
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Tester Suite, and basic test automation concepts
• Experience within the retail sector would be a plus
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
