Key Responsibilities:
- Scope, plan, and deliver strategic programs in partnership with executive sponsors.
- Own program execution across cross-functional, global teams; manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Define and drive roadmap strategy, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks across the program portfolio.
- Lead change management activities and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Prepare and present progress reports to leadership, including CEO updates.
- Act as a strategic advisor to optimize customer experience and ROI.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years in program management and business systems implementation.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical and non-technical programs with minimal oversight.
- Experience defining roadmaps, requirements, KPIs, and driving IT initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs through all phases: initiation, planning, development, UAT, and launch.
