Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope, plan, and deliver strategic programs in partnership with executive sponsors.
  • Own program execution across cross-functional, global teams; manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Define and drive roadmap strategy, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate risks across the program portfolio.
  • Lead change management activities and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to leadership, including CEO updates.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to optimize customer experience and ROI.

  • 5+ years in program management and business systems implementation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical and non-technical programs with minimal oversight.
