Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deploy SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules (including XML configuration, worksheets, and workflows).
  • Conduct client workshops to gather requirements for salary planning, bonus calculations, and incentive programs.
  • Design compensation plans including eligibility rules, budget calculations, guidelines, and lookup tables.
  • Ensure integration with Employee Central, Performance Management (PMGM), and payroll systems.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support.
  • Create and configure reward statements.
  • Advise clients on best practices and SuccessFactors roadmap innovations.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementations.
