Summary: The Project Manager role at Kforce involves leading complex client-facing initiatives with a strong emphasis on Salesforce or other CRM platforms within healthcare and life sciences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) initiatives
  • Serve as a primary client-facing point of contact, managing relationships, expectations, and communication with a high degree of professionalism
  • Apply strong account management practices to support ongoing client success and long-term partnerships
  • Own project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring clear alignment and proactive management throughout delivery
  • Translate business requirements into actionable project plans, milestones, and tasks
  • Manage work using Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable task and project management platforms
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, marketing, and operations stakeholders
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and changes early, driving resolution independently and transparently
  • Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and project artifacts to support visibility and accountability

Key Skills:

  • Proven project management experience, including direct ownership of scope, schedule, and budget
  • Client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to build trust and manage expectations
  • Experience with account management or ongoing client engagement models
  • Experience leading CRM implementations (Salesforce preferred)
  • Solid understanding of the mechanics of CRMs, marketing automation, and call centers
  • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project/task management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate status, risks, and recommendations
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently
  • Solutions-oriented approach, maintaining a positive presence with clients and internal team

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a highly-capable, technical project management professional to lead and support complex, client-facing initiatives. This individual will have a strong focus on Salesforce or other CRM platforms in the context of healthcare & life sciences environments. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to clients, balancing delivery execution, relationship management, and strategic oversight across CRM, marketing, and call center-related initiatives. This role requires someone who is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and
available during standard business hours to collaborate closely with clients and internal teams.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
