REMOTE - Oracle EBS Technical Developer (AP, AR, GL & P2P) || GC

Summary: We are looking for a skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer with expertise in AP, AR, GL, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules to support a healthcare client, particularly with Medicaid experience. The role requires hands-on technical experience in Oracle EBS development and integrations within a regulated healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting various Oracle EBS modules. Experience in the healthcare domain, especially with Medicaid systems, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS R12 modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and P2P
• Design and develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers
• Work on Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), and Workflow
• Support and enhance P2P lifecycle including requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments
• Develop and support interfaces, conversions, and reports
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders

Key Skills:

• Strong experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Developer
• Expertise in AP, AR, GL, and P2P modules
• Advanced PL/SQL development skills
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12
• Experience working in federal or government-regulated environments
