Summary: The role of PeopleSoft FSCM SME involves supporting the implementation, enhancements, integrations, and production support for PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM platforms. The position requires strong techno-functional expertise and focuses on hands-on delivery while collaborating with both business and technical teams. The candidate will be responsible for configuring and supporting various PeopleSoft modules, as well as maintaining documentation and performing testing activities. This is a contract position with a duration of over 12 months, based remotely in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM modules
- Deliver enhancements and production support across Payroll, Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and GL/AP/AR/Expenses
- Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, PS Query solutions
- Build and support Integration Broker (REST/SOAP) interfaces, file-based integrations, and vendor connections
- Support UAT, SIT, regression testing, and deployment activities
- Perform root cause analysis on functional/technical issues and implement fixes
- Support batch processing, payroll validations, reconciliations, and financial close cycles
- Collaborate with functional teams to perform fit-gap analysis and functional design support
- Maintain strong technical and functional documentation
Key Skills:
- 5-9 years of PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM implementation/support experience
- Hands-on development experience with PeopleCode, AE, SQR, BI Publisher, Integration Broker
- Solid understanding of US Payroll and/or Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Expenses)
- Experience supporting production environments and L2/L3 incidents
- Strong SQL and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
