Summary: The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant role is a fully remote position focused on supporting a large-scale web modernization and governance initiative. The consultant will be responsible for driving stakeholder engagement, coordinating communications, and facilitating user adoption across the organization. This contract opportunity requires collaboration with various teams to ensure successful implementation of change management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in OCM and experience in digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support OCM activities for web modernization and governance initiatives
- Assist with stakeholder engagement and change management plans
- Coordinate communications, readiness, and adoption activities
- Develop training materials, FAQs, job aids, and process documentation
- Support governance workflows, intake processes, and operational readiness
- Collaborate with project teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Track risks, stakeholder concerns, and adoption barriers
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in OCM, Communications, Business, IT, HR, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training, or project coordination
- Experience supporting large-scale organizational or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience in higher education, public sector, or complex enterprise environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with web governance, website modernization, or digital transformation initiatives (preferred)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, intake workflows, or ServiceNow processes (preferred)
- Prosci, ADKAR, or other OCM certification/coursework preferred
