Summary: The Program Test Manager role requires a professional with at least 2 years of experience in software testing and test project management. The individual will be responsible for planning, deploying, and managing testing efforts, as well as guiding the testing team in writing test scenarios and cases. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a testing team are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in software testing with minimum 2 years of experience in Test Project Management
- Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement
- Good hands-on experience of defining Testing Strategy and execution test plans
- Review & Track Testing Team activities & create Testing Summary Reports
- Guide test team to write Test scenarios & test cases
- Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project
- Manage and guide Automation and Performance Test leads
- Good to have Insurance domain knowledge
- ISTQB or equivalent certified is good to have
- Excellent communication & customer facing skills
