Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product direction for fraud prevention and payment risk offerings, guiding priorities from concept through release.
  • Work with partners across engineering, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to align product plans with business and customer needs.
  • Translate market insights, stakeholder input, and customer feedback into well-defined requirements, user stories, and product documentation.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource on fraud topics such as card payments, digital wallets, account takeover, dispute activity, transaction monitoring, and identity verification.
  • Create clear written materials including release communications, training guides, process documentation, and customer-facing content.
  • Evaluate fraud patterns, solution performance, and emerging industry developments to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Support launches and adoption efforts by developing positioning, messaging, and enablement assets for internal and external audiences.

Key Skills:

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, including direct work within the payment fraud domain.
  • Strong understanding of payments, fraud mitigation, transaction risk, and financial crime processes.
  • Excellent writing and editing ability, with a track record of producing clear content for multiple audiences.
  • Experience developing product requirements, business documentation, workflow materials, and external-facing collateral.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and trends to influence product decisions.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
