Summary: The Program Management Office (PMO) Lead is responsible for orchestrating strategic programs by translating leadership priorities into structured plans and ensuring alignment across various marketing and sales stakeholders. This role involves developing executive-level dashboards, establishing program management frameworks, and supporting senior executives in a complex organization. The PMO Lead will also focus on governance and process excellence to enhance operational efficiency. The position is remote and requires extensive experience in program management and B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate leadership priorities into structured program plans, including defined workstreams, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure project alignment across field marketing, global marketing, marketing operations, and sales stakeholders
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to operationalize the priorities of the Americas CMO and leadership team
  • Support established business rhythms, including quarterly marketing performance reviews, program status reporting, and quarterly planning cycles
  • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and updates that provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes of leadership projects
  • Enable effective collaboration across a geographically dispersed and matrixed organization
  • Develop structure for executive updates, leadership team communication and collaboration using Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft OneNote and Microsoft Teams
  • Establish and standardize program management frameworks, tools, and templates (e.g., project plans, status reports, RAID logs)
  • Drive consistency and discipline in how programs are planned, tracked, and executed across teams
  • Continuously improve processes to balance operational rigor with speed and agility
  • Support the development of playbooks, templates, etc. to standardize best practices across the Americas Regional Marketing Team
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, PMO, strategy & operations, or related roles
  • Experience in B2B marketing, technology, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives (VP/CMO level) in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Highly structured working style with strong program and project management expertise (Agile, hybrid, or similar methodologies)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, PMO, strategy & operations, or related roles
  • Experience in B2B marketing, technology, or a related field strongly preferred
