Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to lead end-to-end Salesforce data migration projects. The role involves moving data from Snowflake on-prem systems DataStage Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance throughout the process.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce admins, architects, and product owners to deliver scalable, automated, and auditable data migration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design source-to-target mapping with transformation and validation rules
- Develop ETL workflows using IBM DataStage, SQL, and Python
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and standardization
- Execute mock migration runs, analyze errors, and fix issues
