Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and support backend integrations for Zip (I2C) and related procurement workflows.
- Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions between Zip and internal enterprise systems.
- Partner with technical, procurement, and cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and recommend improvements through automation and systems integration.
- Support end-to-end procurement and intake workflows, ensuring backend systems align with business requirements.
- Translate functional and operational requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor system performance, and ensure reliability of data flows across platforms.
- Contribute to documentation, testing, deployment, and handoff of solutions to internal teams.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in backend engineering and enterprise systems integration.
- Proven experience building and supporting integrations for procurement, intake, or workflow platforms such as Zip, Coupa, SAP, Ariba, or similar enterprise tools.
- Experience working with APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and system-to-system integrations.
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P), intake, approval, and procurement workflows.
- Ability to work across technical and business teams to define requirements and implement practical solutions.
- Experience integrating with finance, ERP, procurement, warehouse, or planning systems is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze existing processes and recommend streamlined technical solutions.
