Summary: The Azure Solution Architect role involves designing and implementing cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, focusing on a REST API-first architecture. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, contributing to a REST API-first architecture focused on reusable, well-designed, and secure APIs.
- Define integration patterns, including Real Time REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and batch processing.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with architectural principles.
- Create high-level and low-level design documentation (HLD/LLD).
- Participate in architecture reviews and governance processes.
- Ensure APIs adhere to security, versioning, and lifecycle best practices.
- Work alongside DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services preferred).
- Strong knowledge of REST API design principles (resource-based design, HTTP methods/status codes, JSON payloads, API versioning).
