Summary: A Community Services Manager with a clinical background is sought for a 6-month contract in the Surrey/Thames Valley region. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry line management responsibilities for the Regional Community Services teams, including Registered Nurses and senior healthcare assistants.
- Support staff within the team and ensure quality care delivery.
- Deputise for the Head of Services as needed.
- Analyse service performance and manage progress against agreed outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across the healthcare system to maximize service impact.
- Develop, implement, and review new community services in line with population and business needs.
