Role
We’re excited to offer two fixed term roles within Dorset Council’s Adult Social Care Directorate. As a Quality Assurance & Contract Monitoring Officer, you will play a vital part in ensuring that care homes and working age adults services across Dorset deliver high quality, safe and person centred support. This is a fantastic chance to contribute directly to improving outcomes for people using the services, strengthening provider relationships, and ensuring services deliver against clear quality and contractual standards.
What you'll be doing
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
- lead and organise a programme of monitoring visits using a robust risk based approach
- assess, evaluate and report on the quality of care and contract compliance across community based services
