Summary: The QA Lead role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and test automation, particularly using Playwright and Selenium. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Client Business and project team to understand application and QA requirements.
- Estimate work, plan, and complete tasks with the offshore team.
- Discuss automation initiatives with the client technical team.
- Create/design automation framework, tool integration, and CI/CD implementation.
- Implement AI initiatives across the QA lifecycle using client tools.
- Guide and mentor the offshore team.
- Send daily/weekly/monthly status reports to the client.
- Highlight risks and challenges with mitigation plans.
- Assist the offshore team in test automation and implement AI use cases.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of QA experience with at least 5 years in Test Automation (Selenium/Playwright using Java/typescript).
- Experience in designing and developing frameworks and test scripts using Playwright (at least 1 year).
- Good knowledge in AI tools for test case generation and automation.
- Understanding of client requirements and ability to provide QA estimations.
- Experience or knowledge in Copado tool or Playwright automation is preferable.
- Good understanding of Salesforce applications.
