Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of property projects from initiation to completion
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders across property, operations, finance and external partners
- Support the strategic direction of the property programme and contribute to decision-making
- Produce structured project documentation, including plans, RAID logs and regular reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations, safety standards and internal governance
- Drive progress across time-critical activities and maintain strong communication with all parties
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in project management within property, estates, construction or facilities environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several short-duration projects in parallel
- Confident stakeholder management at senior levels and across multiple disciplines
- Experience working within a structured PMO environment and familiarity with standard governance controls
