  • Partner with product owners and architects to support redesign of workflows in Pega or other platforms.

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Pega Process Mining (or Celonis/Signavio with willingness to shift).
  • Strong understanding of event logs, process mapping, and process KPIs.
  • Solid SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Ability to interpret patterns, quantify impact, and recommend practical changes.
  • Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with Pega Platform (Case Management, BPM rules, Data Pages) is a plus.
  • Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
