Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to define process-mining goals, data needs, and measurable outcomes.
- Extract, transform, and validate event log data from source systems for Pega Process Mining.
- Build end-to-end process maps, identify bottlenecks, deviations, and value leaks.
- Translate findings into recommendations that improve throughput, compliance, and cost.
- Partner with product owners and architects to support redesign of workflows in Pega or other platforms.
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and recurring insights for ongoing monitoring.
- Present analysis and improvement options to leadership in a clear, grounded way.
- Maintain data quality standards and document assumptions, models, and analysis steps.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Pega Process Mining (or Celonis/Signavio with willingness to shift).
- Strong understanding of event logs, process mapping, and process KPIs.
- Solid SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Ability to interpret patterns, quantify impact, and recommend practical changes.
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with Pega Platform (Case Management, BPM rules, Data Pages) is a plus.
- Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with workflow data from ERP, CRM, or core operational systems.
- Basic understanding of automation and orchestration technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field.
- 2–6 years of experience in process mining, process improvement, data analysis, or similar work.
