Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of the integration programme across multiple workstreams
- Translate strategic objectives from the Programme Director into clear project plans, milestones and deliverables
- Liaise closely with workstream leads across technology, people, legal, sales & marketing, risk management and other functions
- Establish and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and governance structures
- Track progress against milestones and proactively identify risks, issues and dependencies
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between workstreams
- Prepare and present regular progress updates to senior stakeholders
- Ensure clear documentation of requirements, decisions and deliverables
- Support change management activities to ensure smooth operational integration
- Drive accountability and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the required standard

Following a significant acquisition that will nearly double revenue and integrate over 600 employees, this role will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day delivery of a complex integration programme. Working closely with the Programme Director, who is responsible for the overall strategic direction, the Project Manager will translate strategic objectives into structured, measurable and achievable deliverables across multiple workstreams. These will include technology, people, legal, sales & marketing, risk management and other core operational areas. The ultimate goal is to ensure both organisations are fully integrated into a single, cohesive entity.
