  • Coordinating contractors and arranging tenant access for servicing, inspections and remedial works, while keeping communication clear with residents and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate, audit-ready records, including validation of Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs and Fire Risk Assessments
  • Identifying compliance risks or failures early, taking proportionate action to resolve issues and protect tenant safety

  • Carrying out site-based checks to verify compliance data, inspect completed works and ensure contractors are delivering to the required standard
