Key Responsibilities:

- Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions
- Ensure appropriate documentation, risk management, and reporting
- Support the build-out of project governance frameworks where required
- Operate effectively in both structured and agile delivery environments

- Claims systems
- Data and reporting initiatives
- Infrastructure and cloud projects
- System integrations (carrier, broker, third-party vendors)
- Regulatory and compliance-driven change
