Summary: The Audit Administrator role involves performing various administrative duties, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute various administration duties as assigned by the relevant department as per agreed standards.
  • Generate and maintain applicable records/files/reports as directed, in line with agreed standards.
  • Capture information onto various systems to maintain respective database.
  • Responsible for the filing and/or scanning of paperwork, when required.
  • Assist with query resolution & follow-ups.
  • Subscribe and align to SBV Services' ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards.
  • Support SBVs ESG journey, reporting on and managing the ESG requirements.
  • Drive the department’s values while inspiring confidence and commitment towards the mission.
  • Act as a change management architect to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage the integration of business units into a seamless end-to-end solution for customers.
  • Effectively communicate and embed new processes and procedures.
  • Facilitate necessary presentations, workshops, or forums for consistent communication.

Key Skills:

  • Grade 12 education.
  • 3-year Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (advantageous).
  • Experience in administration duties.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards.
  • Ability to support ESG initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills.

Effectively communicate and embed new processes and procedures as they occur, addressing or escalating matters/ concerns to the SME’s (subject matter experts) when required.

Facilitate the necessary presentations, workshops, or forums to ensure consistent and accurate communication is given across one's portfolio.
