Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description: 12-Month Maternity Cover (Potential to Extend) Hours : Part-time or Full-time considered Location : Hybrid | Rural location just outside Hereford

We’re looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Executive to join our growing agency. You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering campaigns across a variety of client accounts - from social and email to wider digital activity. This is a 12-month maternity cover position, with genuine potential to extend for the right person as the business continues to grow.

Role : Activities are not limited to the following, and you are expected to carry out any additional, reasonably required duties that are requested by the Senior Marketing Team.

• Plan, create and execute content across social platforms (photo, video, graphics and short-form content)
• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
• Work towards agreed KPIs and campaign targets
• Attend client meetings (in person and online)
• Contribute to campaign ideas, strategy and creative development
• Support wider marketing activity, including website updates, partnership campaigns and networking events
• Assist across projects to ensure work is delivered on time, accurately and consistently

As an agency, we work across multiple sectors, so adaptability and strong organisational skills are essential.

What we’re looking for: A creative thinker, proactive and motivated to develop and learn. You have proven work experience in digital marketing; for example, you’ve successfully managed social accounts in the past. You're a self-starter; you enjoy working in a team but are also happy to work alone. Happy to work across a range of client accounts. You have used email marketing platforms such as MailChimp and Klaviyo before. You enjoy learning new things, have a creative outlook and keep up to date with marketing trends. You may have an interest or experience in content creation/design (not essential) Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred. Valid UK Driving License Desirable (but not essential): Adobe Creative Suite experience
