Summary: The Change & Release Manager will oversee the coordination of change requests and ensure compliance with ITIL processes within a banking and fintech context. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Change Requests, ensuring proper approvals, risk assessment, and compliance with ITIL processes.
• Prepare CAB documentation, maintain change records, and track implementation progress.
• Manage release calendars and coordinate deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production environments.
• Support release execution including runbooks, communications, checkpoints, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure governance compliance including SOX, ISO, and ITGC controls with audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and low-risk releases.
