Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis, design, and rollout of AML and Compliance technology solutions.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and technology teams to translate regulatory and business requirements into specifications.
- Oversee the full delivery process from scoping and solution design to testing, UAT, and implementation.
- Partner with developers, architects, and external vendors to build reliable systems and manage data flows.
- Act as a key point of contact for the business, defining acceptance criteria and addressing production issues.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on AML and transaction monitoring.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with compliance technologies such as Symphony AI, Quantexa, Tradinghub, Nuix, and Behavox.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing full delivery processes and system improvements.

Your new role and what you'll need to succeed
- Lead the analysis, design, and rollout of AML and Compliance technology solutions that support the firm's Banking & Markets business.
- Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and technology teams to turn regulatory and business requirements into clear, practical specifications.
- Take ownership of the full delivery process - from scoping and solution design through testing, UAT, implementation, and regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with developers, architects, and external vendors to build reliable systems, resolve issues, manage data flows, and support upgrades and ongoing platform improvements.
- Act as a key point of contact for the business, helping define acceptance criteria, tackling production issues, and continuously improving how compliance systems operate.
- Experience in Symphony AI; Quantexa; Tradinghub; Nuix; and/or Behavox will be very highly regarded.
