Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver transformational change
  • Support control operators in driving and implementing transformational initiatives across multiple control domains, managing risk in alignment with organisational priorities. Leverage Agile methodologies and automation tools to optimise delivery.
  • Align technology controls with standards and strategy
  • Ensure all technology controls adhere to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and the organisation’s overarching risk management strategy.
  • Enhance and remediate controls sustainably
  • Execute initiatives to strengthen or remediate controls, focusing on sustainable solutions that deliver long-term benefits for the organisation.
  • Establish and monitor key control indicators (KCIs)
  • Define and track KCIs to assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and inform continuous improvement.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key senior stakeholders—including Global Businesses and Global Functions (GBGFs), Second and Third Lines of Defence, and External Audit—to foster a cohesive approach to technology risk management.
  • Leverage risk data for prioritisation
  • Utilise risk-related data analytics to inform and influence the prioritisation of control activities and initiatives.
