Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver transformational change
- Support control operators in driving and implementing transformational initiatives across multiple control domains, managing risk in alignment with organisational priorities. Leverage Agile methodologies and automation tools to optimise delivery.
- Align technology controls with standards and strategy
- Ensure all technology controls adhere to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and the organisation’s overarching risk management strategy.
- Enhance and remediate controls sustainably
- Execute initiatives to strengthen or remediate controls, focusing on sustainable solutions that deliver long-term benefits for the organisation.
- Establish and monitor key control indicators (KCIs)
- Define and track KCIs to assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and inform continuous improvement.
- Engage with senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key senior stakeholders—including Global Businesses and Global Functions (GBGFs), Second and Third Lines of Defence, and External Audit—to foster a cohesive approach to technology risk management.
- Leverage risk data for prioritisation
- Utilise risk-related data analytics to inform and influence the prioritisation of control activities and initiatives.
