Jigsaw Finance is the UK's fastest growing motor finance broker. Established for over 25 years the business organises motor finance for consumers looking to purchase a new vehicle on finance. Jigsaw offers customers add-on products when they purchase a vehicle such as extended warranty, breakdown and service plans. These can be bought using cash or the customer has the option to spread the cost using a pay monthly option. Jigsaw uses Zoho, an external CRM provider so administer the sale of these products and manage the customer journey. The setup was very light touch and Jigsaw are looking to further develop the Zoho system to improve the effectiveness of the system.

The Role: Jigsaw have scoped requirements to improve the Zoho system including;

  • Integration of a communications platform including Voice, SMS, Whatsapp and E-mail
  • Build Customer Journeys including call schedules and supplementary SMS and E-mail
  • Integrations with 3rd Party Providers via API
  • Build of reporting suite
  • Setup products and pricing for each of our customer facing products.

Required Experience: Previous experience in the setup and development of the Zoho CRM is required.

Role: Initially a 3 month contract Full Time Hours 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday
