Summary: The Workday HCM Integration Lead / Developer is responsible for leading and managing integration workstreams with implementation partners, focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and external systems. The role requires extensive experience in Workday integration development and a strong understanding of Workday's HCM domain. The position is based in Hampton, VA, and requires a minimum of 4-5 years of US experience. The role is expected to last for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead/manage integration workstreams with implementation partner
- Design, develop & maintain integrations between Workday and external systems
- Drive test cycles and ensure successful delivery of integrations
- Work with vendors on requirements, layouts, and protocols
- Develop custom Workday reports
- Support system configurations, workflows & security
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Key Skills:
- 7+ years Workday Integration Development (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services)
- Strong experience managing end-to-end Workday integration projects
- Expertise in Workday reporting, security, auditing, authentication/SSO
