Expleo is seeking an experienced Vehicle Architecture Lead Engineer to join our automotive client in Warwickshire on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong whole-vehicle engineering knowledge to influence and develop future vehicle architectures.
This role operates on a hybrid model, with the team attending the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus additional days when required. A typical week will involve more than 50% onsite presence.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the engineering integration process across multiple vehicle architectures. You will take the lead in defining vehicle technical specifications and attributes, resolving complex multifunctional engineering issues, and ensuring an optimal balance of requirements across systems.
You will also analyse industry trends, competitor technologies, and emerging innovations to help shape future product strategy. This position also involves coaching and supporting more junior engineers.
