Key Skills:
- Mbo+/hbo in Mechanical Engineering or Installation Technology
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a contractor in utility construction
- VCA VOL and experience with construction site organization
- Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant
- Experience with multidisciplinary teams (construction, electrical, mechanical) is a plus

The role:
Voor een groot utiliteitsbouwproject in de regio Amsterdam zijn we op zoek naar een Uitvoerder W. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en coördinatie van alle werktuigbouwkundige installaties op de bouwplaats. Je werkt nauw samen met de hoofduitvoerder integraal en de uitvoerder E om een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve realisatie van het project te waarborgen.
Responsibilities:
- Dagelijkse aansturing van monteurs en onderaannemers voor werktuigbouwkundige installaties
- Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid op locatie
- Coördinatie van logistiek en materiaalstromen voor W-installaties
- Signaleren van knelpunten en technische uitdagingen, en deze proactief oplossen
- Afstemming met uitvoerder E, hoofduitvoerder en projectleiding
- Zorgdragen voor correcte rapportages en kwaliteitsregistraties
Qualifications:
- Mbo+/hbo in Werktuigbouwkunde of Installatietechniek
- Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder in utiliteitsbouw
- VCA VOL en ervaring met bouwplaatsorganisatie
- Communicatief sterk, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig
- Ervaring met multidisciplinaire teams (bouwkundig, E, W) is een pré
