Summary: This role is for a hands-on PMO Manager focused on delivering results in complex, high-change environments. The position requires working two days a week in the London office on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive PMO support across various workstreams while ensuring stakeholder alignment and visibility. Strong experience in managing multi-workstream transformations is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing end-to-end PMO support across multiple workstreams (design, tech, legal, comms, implementation, closure)
- Owning the main plan: tracking progress, identifying what's outstanding, managing checklists, and maintaining all core PMO documentation
- Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones
- Supporting comms, engagement, legal documentation, and IT/network-related activities
- Coordinating implementation and closure of workstreams
- Ensuring visibility across all delivery areas and keeping stakeholders aligned
Key Skills:
- Strong PMO background within large, complex change
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- High attention to detail and ability to interpret impact/next steps
- Confident in managing fast-moving delivery environments
- Experience handling multi-workstream transformation
- Retail or telco experience is ideal but not essential.
