Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the testing strategy in Maximo, including methodologies and tools.
- Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation testers, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration.
- Oversee diverse testing activities such as functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT.
- Manage defect resolution and deliver clear status reports with risk communication.
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test cases, scripts, and reports.
- Identify potential risks in the testing process and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders for smooth releases.
- Track metrics and report insights for continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT).
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience with Maximo tool is beneficial.
- Ability to define overall test strategy and create detailed test plans.
- Experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
- Knowledge of implementing testing processes and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Ability to manage quality risks and prioritize defect resolution.

Responsible for defining and managing the testing strategy in Maximo, testing framework, tools and automation practices. This role involves technical knowledge, leadership ability, strong communication, manage risks by identifying potential issues early and ensuring resources are used effectively.
Establish the overall approach of testing including methodologies and tools to be used.
Able to manage Real Time dashboards that show test coverage, execution results, and quality trends
Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation testers, driving task management, timely delivery, and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Overseeing diverse testing activities including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT.
Managing defect resolution and delivering clear status reports with risk communication.
Assisting and mentoring members of the Team with various testing challenges.
Identify potential risks in the testing process and propose mitigation strategies.
Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test cases, scripts, and reports.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT)
Proficiency in test management tools (eg, JIRA, Confluence).
Good to have Maximo tool experience.
