Temporary HR Policy Lead

Summary: The HR Policy Review Project Lead will oversee a time-sensitive review of employee policies within a multi-divisional organization. This role requires an experienced HR professional to ensure the policies are aligned with organizational standards. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office, and is initially contracted for three months with the possibility of extension. The role is classified as inside IR35.
