We're hiring a customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join a high-performing enterprise support team working across user experience, technical service management and employee experience environments.
You'll be handling complex cases for high-touch, demanding customers - so strong communication skills and technical confidence are essential.
If you enjoy troubleshooting, working directly with customers, and digging into JavaScript and databases to solve real issues, this will suit you.
The Offer
- Annual Salary up to €49,000 doe
- 11-month PAYE contract - Paid weekly via Principle HR
- Hybrid working - 2 to 3 days onsite in Dublin City
Must-Have Skills
- Strong customer handling experience (enterprise or high-touch clients preferred)
- Confident working knowledge of JavaScript (debugging and diagnosis essential)
- Experience working in ITSM / ITIL / CMDB environments
- Database experience - MySQL preferred
- Experience using debugging or log analysis tools (e.g. Splunk or similar)
- Practical exposure to AI tools, automation, chatbots, AI search, or workflow optimisation
- We're not looking for an AI expert - just someone curious and comfortable working in modern, AI-enhanced environments.
