Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Java Developer within the public sector
- Guide developers and support technical decision making
- Ensure delivery standards are met
- Utilize technologies including Java 8 and 17+, Spring/Spring Boot, React/HTML
- Manage AWS Cloud Services and MySQL
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Lead Java Developer

- Working experience with MySQL

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Lead Java Developer within the public sector
- Demonstrable team lead/leadership experience - ability to guide developers, support technical decision making, and ensure delivery standards
- Active Security Clearance (SC)
- Expertise in a range of technologies, including Java 8 and 17+, Spring/Spring Boot, React/HTML
- AWS Cloud Services experience
- Working experience with MySQL
Nice to have:
- Technical hands-on experience with Terraform, Kibana, Apache Camel
