Summary: The role of Senior Technical Consultant focuses on leveraging strong Dynamics 365 CE expertise to facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate will provide technical consultancy, translating business needs into technical solutions while advising on platform capabilities and constraints. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and stakeholder engagement skills, distinct from traditional business analyst roles. The consultant will work in a hybrid environment, primarily based in the Liverpool Street Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consultancy across Dynamics 365 CE, Customer Insights, and Customer Journeys
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement gathering
- Advise on integrations, workflows, customisations, and platform limitations
- Work closely with Product Owners, BAs, developers, and engineering teams
Key Skills:
- Strong Dynamics 365 CE experience
- Experience with Customer Insights and Customer Journeys
- Technical understanding of integrations, workflows, and customisations
- Background as a Technical Consultant, Solution Architect, or former Developer
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Agile environment experience
Salary (Rate): £600 daily

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with strong Dynamics 365 CE experience to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
This is not a traditional BA role. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Dynamics 365 and be comfortable advising stakeholders on platform capabilities, integrations, workflows, configurations, and technical constraints.
