Technical Architects

Ready to step into high-profile projects on immediate-start, premium-rate contracts? We’re partnering with a number of established London architecture and design studios who are looking for skilled Architects, Technicians, and Part 2/3 Assistants to join their teams on a contract basis . Projects span residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use sectors, offering the chance to contribute to high-profile, design-led work. For the right candidates, there is potential to extend or transition into a permanent role. A strong, well-presented design portfolio will be key to standing out. These roles are best suited to delivery-focused professionals with strong Revit expertise, proven experience across later project stages, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within multi-disciplinary teams. UK-based project experience is essential.

• Key responsibilities

• Deliver work across RIBA Stages 3–5
• Develop and coordinate technical packages and detailed design documentation
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and in-house teams
• Produce accurate models, drawings, and technical details
• Ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality, buildable design solutions

• Key requirements

• Professional experience at Architect, Part 2/3, or Technician level
• Proficiency in Revit (essential) – modelling, detailing, and documentation
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policy
• UK-based project experience required
• Additional skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Suite are a bonus
• Availability to start immediately or within 1–2 weeks preferred
