Summary: We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to enhance our recruitment team at Campions, focusing on the London estate agency operations. This role involves sourcing high-performing talent for various positions while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with active and passive candidates across the property and estate agency market using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill and high-demand roles
  • Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates for lettings, sales, property management, and operational positions across London
  • Deliver a consultative and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Campions across social media and external recruitment channels
  • Build and maintain talent pools to reduce time-to-hire and support future business growth
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives and creative sourcing campaigns to improve candidate engagement
  • Work collaboratively with the wider recruitment and management teams to stay ahead of hiring forecasts and business demands
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate journey from initial contact through to onboarding
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and candidate expectations within the property industry
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and fair recruitment practices throughout all hiring activities
  • Maximise exposure of vacancies across social media, LinkedIn, and relevant recruitment platforms
  • Support recruitment activity across multiple branches and departments when required

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a Recruitment Resourcer, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Coordinator role
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CV databases, and Boolean search techniques
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver a positive candidate experience
  • Experience recruiting within Estate Agency, Property, Sales, Lettings, or Customer Service sectors would be advantageous
  • Confidence using social media and digital platforms for recruitment and employer branding

This is a fast-paced role supporting recruitment across our London estate agency operations, helping to attract high-performing talent into lettings, property management, sales, and head office functions. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to identify, engage, and build relationships with top talent across the property sector.
