Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting service and forecast performance for designated customers
- Assisting with data sharing and insights to support collaboration with customers
- Working with supply chain, sales, and logistics teams to help ensure smooth product flow
- Supporting customer service and supply-related projects across the business
- Helping prepare month-end projections for volume and revenue
- Monitoring customer KPIs such as service levels, on-shelf availability, and waste
Key Skills:
- A strong interest in analytics, supply chain, or FMCG
- Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- An interest in business, data, and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and confidence building working relationships
- A willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Comfort working with data and presenting insights to stakeholders
