Summary: A ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) Architect is responsible for designing and governing comprehensive solutions within the ServiceNow TSM module, ensuring alignment with ITOM, ITIL, and CMDB/CSDM standards. This role involves translating business requirements into technical blueprints and overseeing development teams to implement scalable telecom operations. The architect will also provide strategic advisory services to stakeholders to enhance customer service and mitigate operational risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and design for TSM modules (service life cycle management, order management, network inventory).
- Architect complex integrations with BSS/OSS systems, using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
- Lead implementation of Telecom Network Inventory, Product Catalog, and Service Order Management.
- Guide developers, perform code reviews, and establish best practices for coding, customization, and platform upgrades.
- Partner with stakeholders to align platform improvements with business goals, enhancing customer service and reducing operational risks.
Key Skills:
