Summary: The role of ServiceNow ITOM Architect focuses on leveraging extensive technical expertise and strategic consulting skills to enhance IT operations management for UK-based enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT experience, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow ITOM modules, and will engage in both remote collaboration and on-site workshops in London. This position requires a blend of technical discovery and the ability to present strategic roadmaps to C-level stakeholders. The candidate should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and familiar with Inside IR35 contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ITOM maturity assessments and deliver actionable strategic roadmaps.
  • Engage with stakeholders to assess current-state architecture and identify gaps and risks.
  • Develop ITOM optimization roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Guide clients on effective license utilization for ServiceNow ITOM modules.
  • Collaborate with client architects and delivery teams in a hybrid work setup.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years overall IT experience with strong architecture and consulting background.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, AIOps).
  • ServiceNow CIS – Discovery or Service Mapping certification (mandatory).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM) and Certified System Administrator.
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification.
