Summary: The role of Service Desk Analyst involves providing IT helpdesk support as part of a team for a client in Central Government. This position is initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension and requires the candidate to be based 100% onsite in East Kilbride, Scotland. Candidates must hold or be eligible for SC clearance and have relevant experience in IT support.
