Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join a high-profile organisation focused on enhancing and transforming HR systems. This hands-on role emphasizes supporting and optimizing the Workday platform, particularly in Recruiting and Reporting within a BAU environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver enhancements across Workday HCM including configuration, reporting, and business process optimisation
- Support Workday Recruiting processes including requisitions, candidate workflows, and offer management
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and recruitment teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Support Workday releases, impact assessments, and ongoing system improvements
- Manage BAU support tickets, system changes, and enhancement requests
- Ensure governance, compliance, and security standards are maintained
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of Workday HCM experience
- Workday HCM Certification (essential)
- Strong experience with Workday Recruiting and Reporting
- Experience with Workday configuration, security, and/or integrations
- Proven background in HR systems optimisation and BAU support
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments

Desirable:
Workday Recruiting Certification
Prism Analytics experience
Experience within public sector or highly regulated environments
Additional Workday modules exposure (Compensation, Payroll, Absence etc.)
