Key Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and translate complex business and customer needs into effective technical solutions.
- Design and develop innovative software solutions that meet regulatory requirements and fulfill system quality attributes.
- Guide the team to adhere to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
- Act as a mentor and role model, guiding and empowering team members in technical development.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Development/Engineering for embedded systems.
- Strong knowledge of React and experience in developing embedded user interfaces using Rust or C++.
- Experience with Electron or Tauri is advantageous.
- Capable of solving complex issues creatively and effectively.
- Leads by example to foster cross-functional value delivery and establish a psychologically safe working environment.
- Fluency in English is a MUST.

- You work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Product Owner, System Architect, Solution Architect, System Engineers, etc.) to understand and translate complex business and customer needs into effective technical solutions and communicate these to the team and the stakeholders
- You design and develop innovative software solutions that meet regulatory requirements as well as fulfill system quality attributes like scalability, performance, reliability, maintainability, interoperability, extensibility, etc.
- You guide the team to adhere to best practices in software development and inline with the organizational strategy and practices including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration, to deliver high-quality solutions and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
- You act as a mentor and role model, guiding and empowering team members in technical development, promoting a collaborative working environment and contributing effectively to the team's success
Profil
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in the specialized field of Software Development / Engineering for embedded systems and experience in a regulated environment is a plus for succeeding in the role
- Strong knowledge of React and strong experience on developing embedded user interfaces using Rust or C++ or similar
- Experience with Electron or Tauri is advantageous
- Capable of solving complex issues creatively and effectively, using a multi-faceted approach based on thorough analysis to resolve complex project challenges
- Leads by example to foster cross-functional value delivery and to establish a psychologically safe working environment and empowers its own team and holds people accountable by creating conditions for ownership
