Summary: The Senior Atlassian Data Center Engineer role involves supporting and configuring Atlassian Data Center products, specifically Jira and Confluence, for a public sector client. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and support Atlassian Data Center, specifically Jira and Confluence.
- Resolve L2/L3 incidents for production systems.
- Lead execution of non-production and production changes under approved change records.
- Perform JVM tuning and index management.
- Modify configurations and workflows in Jira Service Management and Confluence.
- Upgrade Atlassian Data Center configurations and maintain resilient infrastructure.
- Understand Atlassian architecture, including modular workflows, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
- Work in public sector or defence secure environments.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in Atlassian Engineering.
