Summary: The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in a well-known consumer brand's transformation journey in 2026, focusing on enhancing customer experience and implementing new technology solutions. This position involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on best practices to ensure effective delivery. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and experience with agile methodologies. The contract is for an initial duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more agile teams.
- Coach team members and product owners on Scrum best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments, ensuring smooth delivery and team velocity.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master in a hands-on delivery environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (PSM, SAFe Agilist).
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with digital transformation and customer focused programmes (desirable).
Salary (Rate): £600 per day

My client is a well known consumer brand, looking for a Scrum Master to join the organisation as they embark on a major transformation journey in 2026, with an exciting portfolio of projects centred around improving customer experience, digital transformation, and launching new technology solutions.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more agile teams.
