Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
- Support feature teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success and transformation.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
- Promote continuous improvement within the team.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the airline or aviation industry is a plus.
